AppointNet allows agents at both the dealership and at Aspen to work together in taking the dealership’s inbound service appointments.

Calls are routed from the dealership switchboard to the appropriate location, either the dealership or Aspen, based on a series of rules defined by the dealer. The transfer is seamless and the caller will be unaware that they have been transferred out of the dealership. The dealership handles as many (or as few) of the reservation calls as they want, with Aspen standing by to handle any overflow.

Customized reports allow dealerships to compare performance between calls that dealership agents take versus those handled by Aspen.
